Request A Meeting

We can work with you in-person, online, or via phone and email. You don't need to live in Auckland or New Zealand - we're available to help wherever you live in the world.

So, are you ready to take the first step and have a no-obligation discussion with us? Fill in the form below. There really is no 'one size fits all' answer for everyone since everyone has different financial and family circumstances.

We've created a logical and easy to follow 5-step process (see below) to explain what happens once you request a meeting with GRA. If you decide to go ahead and let us help you solve a problem, we'll ensure our fees are fully explained so you're in control each step of the way.

GRA Directors

Go ahead and complete the form below. After we receive your details, we'll contact you as soon as we can to make arrangements.

It costs nothing to take the first step.

*Please note that we offer one free meeting per client and/or family group. The free meeting is at the discretion of GRA. Special conditions apply.

Request a Meeting

Here's what happens after you request a meeting...

STEP01

We'll contact you

After we receive your information we'll contact you and arrange a meeting to review your position. We can meet by phone, online or in person. You don't need to be in Auckland or in New Zealand for us to help.

STEP02

Review your affairs

Next we'll collect and review the information that you provide us. Included would be your current taxation affairs and, if relevant, your asset protection structures (trusts etc), as well as estate and investment matters.

STEP03

Meeting & recommendations

Next, we come up with any improvements that can be made, and discuss them with you in the meeting along with our verbal recommendations. We'll give you a cost-benefit analysis, including all costs to implement, such as setting up trusts, conveying assets, valuing shares, moving property, setting up gifting programmes, etc.

STEP04

Testing & Implementation

If you choose to proceed, we will write a comprehensive report of your current and proposed structures. This provides a full commentary with charts and diagrams, written advice and recommendations; instructions to your solicitor (if appropriate) on what we need them to do; banking instructions on how to structure or restructure debt; and advice on what you need to do yourself. It's all presented with checklists to make sure everything gets done.

STEP05

Ongoing management

Finally, we provide follow-up advice and support to you, your solicitor, banker and other advisers as required during and after the restructure process. This ongoing process ensures you pay minimum tax, maximise your asset protection and helps you to navigate your way through investing and business decisions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some clients wish to retain their existing accountants, and use us as experts in a particular area. That is no problem to us. We are happy to work in with your existing law firm and accountants, or we can replace your accountants and work in with your solicitors. We'll give you the options and our recommendations and you can decide.
