In particular, Matthew heads GRA's specialist asset planning division, helping clients build wealth through property and create optimal tax structures.
Apart from being a leader in the strategic arena, Matthew had deep knowledge of the property market. He has been involved in this area for over 20 years and has himself, invested in property in Australia, United States and New Zealand.
John is a Director and Shareholder at GRA where he leads the Business Services Advisory Team.
In addition to managing the delivery of advisory and accounting services to a large diverse client base, John specialises in providing practical and technical expertise to business owners and professional practices.
But it's John's commitment to providing clients with a high level of service that makes the difference. John's leadership and rare 'stewardship' approach to his team means that their dedication is felt by clients.
John regularly presents to property groups, business owners, trade associations and national business development organisations.
Prior to joining Gilligan Rowe & Associates, John worked in a specialist litigation support and valuation practice, assisting high net worth individuals and publicly listed companies with new business set ups, expansions, profit improvement, compliance, tax advice and internal management.

Janet is a Partner at Gilligan Rowe & Associates LP where she leads the Professional Trustee division of the Practice, assisting clients in various matters that confront them, including the operation of the Trusts and Companies they are involved with. Apart from this role, she spearheads GRA Money School and Business School and GRA Vibe and is instrumental in marketing for the firm.
Over the years, Janet has written numerous articles for different publications including the New Zealand Property magazine, the Investor magazine, Verve magazine, Essentially Home magazine and Business to Business Newspaper. She also contributes articles to a number of prominent websites and electronic newsletters. Writing milestones in her life are the best-selling books Family Trusts 101, published in July 2010 and Money Secrets 101, published in February 2012.
Janet holds degrees in accounting and law and is a renowned author and speaker on money and trustee matters. In 2012 she completed over 100 presentations throughout New Zealand. She puts her knowledge and skills to work by presenting in a warm and friendly manner, mixing experience and humour to make her point and entertain.
When not working she enjoys keeping fit, travelling, scuba diving, antiques, art and crime movies.

Salesh is also a successful property investor. He runs his own property portfolio and is currently expanding it by purchasing more properties in the New Zealand market. He has comprehensive property knowledge and will always give you great hints or ideas as to where to invest.
